I went to San Francisco and everybody said why are you going to San Francisco. 

I said that's where I lived and they said you can't possibly work in the film business living in San Francisco.

And I said, well that's I want to live where I want to live and I will make films because I love to make films. 

다들 물었죠, 샌프란시스코에 왜 가느냐고. 

전 답했지요. 예전에 거기 살았었다고. 

그러자 그들은 말했어요. '샌프란시스코에 살면서 영화 업계에서 일하는 것은 불가능하다'.

그때 전 말했습니다. 

"그래? 뭐...

나는 내가 살고 싶은 곳에 살 거다. 

그리고 나는 영화를 제작할 거다. 영화 제작을 좋아하니까."
